Terri is a genuinely joyful real estate professional with nearly 30 years of experience helping military and civilian families obtain affordable quality housing. Terri is well positioned and experienced to help clients who are relocating to the area. She can also help homeowners who seek to sell their homes.
Terri gained the bulk of her experience while serving the Department of Defense (DoD) domestically and abroad. Prior to relocating to the Melbourne area, Terri held the position of Housing Management Specialist for the Department of the Navy; where she, among other tasks, helped train DoD housing specialist to work with realtors, landlords, and property managers to ensure the needs of all parties were understood and accommodated.
Terri’s customer-first attitude enables her to understand the needs of her customers and provide them with options that will meet those needs and financial situations. During Terri’ nearly three decades in the field of housing management she has demonstrated an ability to exceed the expectations of customers from all levels of service, leadership, and financial positioning.
